How to trace IP addresses on OMEGLE (simple yet scary)

Try removing the chrome extension and then adding it back to the browser. After that, try these steps. Try signing out and I recommend making a new google account for the website and signing up with that. Here are the steps if you need them again.

1. Go to https://www.ipgeolocation.io/
2. Click on “Get free API access”
3. Select “continue with google”
4. Choose an account you would like to use
5. Once chosen, it will take you to a different page where it will provide a API key. Copy that key
6. Go back on Omegle on the video mode and paste your key where it says “Leave empty for default API key”
7. Once you paste it, click on “Test API key” until it automatically refreshes the Omegle website. When the Omegle website refreshes, that’s when you know your API key works.
8. Once everything is into place, go back onto the video mode on Omegle and where it says “Fetch stranger’s location” click on that and that should have the stranger’s location with a google map link of their longitude and attitude of their physical location.
(If you want a more accurate answer, I recommend a website called ip-tracker.org. Copy their ip address and paste it into the website. After that, click on “Trace IP with IP tracker” and you basically have their information. The chrome extension should work but if it is a little bit off, that could mean the person is using a VPN)
