how to set up static ip address on hikvision nvr????

please show me how to set up a static IP address for my HikVision NVR. i would like to have a static address of 192.168.1.89. but the NVR refuses to let me.

internal NIC cannot be similar as LAN range. then i tried 192.0.1.65. and for whatever eason,,,,that worked!
now im able to set the NVR to a static LAN ip of 192.168.1.200 without any errors while the internal NIC is 192.0.1.65.
