🇺🇸 SIGRed (CVE-2020-1350) is a critical vulnerability (CVSS 10.0) that can affect Windows DNS Server versions 2003 – 2019 due to the improper handling of certain types of requests, specifically over port 53/TCP. As the service is running in elevated privileges (SYSTEM), if exploited successfully, an attacker is granted Domain Administrator rights, effectively compromising the entire corporate infrastructure.
