Bye Bye Gnome – Ezarcher Linux Loses A Desktop

Ezarcher loses a desktop environment. Gnome is gone, out of here, history! If you want Gnome, go looking somewhere else. There are plenty of options for getting an Arch Linux based system with Gnome. Try EndeavourOS, ArcoLinux, Garuda, Manjaro, ALG, RebornOS, etc. I am done with Gnome.

I do an Arch Linux install using one of my ezarch install scripts. The five remaining desktop choices are Cinnamon, KDE Plasma, LXQt, Mate, and Xfce. If you want a fresh Arch install, and you are fine with the partitioning methods, I use in my install script, the ezarch install script gives a clean and up to the minute, online Arch install with a nice selection of software.
