  • Who wants to preserve most modern games where so many of them seem to be made to antagonize the player with the design choices and political messaging that invariably is shoved into the game? As to cloud only gaming coming on XBOX and PS5 I'm out and have been out for the longest time.

  • Home Assistant – Being sued by Mazda for DMCA infraction. Louis Rossmann latest YouTube tells all (at least a lot)

  • The carplay article is missing the fact that people buy short range transmitters to play music in their cars because they either have no aux port on their phone or don't want cables.

    Good day y'all!

  • Uber Eats adds a mark up on the food, then charges for delivery, and adds service. You end up paying 50% more for hot food to be delivered cold. That's my experience.

  • Radio is the best source of local news when. You're in a car. I imagine most people are tuned into local news and local talk radio

  • Devember project?
“RAID1” for a complete small VM/NAS home setup, meaning one of the two identical systems could completely fail at any given time and the client wouldn’t notice it. Or is this something too complicated?

  • I wouldn’t put my trust into SSD firmware encryption – ‘member the firmware bugs that let you just bypass the authentication of “encrypted” SSDs?

  • I love when the 40k references pop up

  • Is PiHole effective against YouTube ads to where the site will stop bothering me about using ad blockers? I'd like to set one of those up for devember

  • Erm the Diablo thing was a blood drive. Blood stores in the US are at historic lows. Maybe give them some kudos for trying to do a good thing, even if it is part of a marketing ploy.
