also the constraint should be run on opposite nodes ? for example in this video vmfence constrain created it should run only in node2 ? why we don't recommend to create constraint for node1 ?
if fencing device went down how both nodes will be react ??

When i run the below command, the host ip, do i need to use my vsphere client ip or is it the esx host ip? Also do i need to allow any port from my source ip to the esx or vsphere client ip

i am not able to understand why you use esxi host ip in fencing . if i will use two vm in cluster then will i have to take my esxi host ip in fencing devices. and other when we use physical device then which ip we will use "fencing device means what" is it like storage device in fencing ?? please clear my doubt.

I did tried to configure stonith
pcs stonith create vmfence1 fence_vmware_soap pcmk_host_map="node1:Redhat7.5-Node1" ipaddr=192.168.10.10 ssl_insecure=1 login='root' passwd='####' action=reboot delay=10 –force
I tried the above command but it gave me below warning message
"Warning: stonith option 'action' is deprecated and should not be used, use pcmk_off_action, pcmk_reboot_action instead"
Also my fence is failed when I checked at the status
#crm_mon -r1

when i run the commnad pcs stonith fence node1 the output says no route to host. FYI resources are running fine as per your video but fencing did not occur. i am using RHEL 5 for fence devices and RHEL 7 for pcs cluster

I have installed VMware Workstation 10 & on top of that I have installed ESXi 5.5 & under that I have created 2 RHEL-7.3 VM's
I have configured fencing in same way, but it didn't worked for me. Please see below Logs of my Cluster;
