• how do you increase the time to transfer files, it keeps timing out

• how can I use this extention with a .pem keyfile? when I try to specify to use the key (equivalent to "sftp user@host -i key.pem") it tells me that all configured authentication methods have failed. I believe i have added the "privateKeyPath" config line correctly.
