  • nokia isn't even close to owning the market in europe (or at least it hasn't in 3 years), samsung is thogh… I would know, i live in spain.

  • Samsung still uses cheap plastic, and I don't think they will ever stop. I think I'll be happy with my One X which has a better screen than both of these.

  • Nonetheless, the Lumia is the fastest LTE phone (at least during the time it was released) compared to every other LTE phone. I agree the wifi thing wasn't fair though.

  • Did you reply to my comment by accident? Cuz I'm having a hard time figuring out what the hell you're talking about.

  • Looks like the NL900 is also just another smartphone beta test. Evo Lte obviously far more superior. In terms of screen, camera, build quality, and most importantly …OS. Android 4.0.4 ICS, esp with the most famous overlay (Sense), is a monster compared to WP7-8

  • Oh please he said the Nokia was holding its own pretty well. I don't what video you were watching but the white background on the Nokia turns slightly blue when he turns the screen.

  • The viewing angle was better on the EVO because it still looked good when it was turned. While the Lumia was kind of getting washed out with a bluish tint when it was turned.

  • is it just me or the reviewer is biased to evo? he talked about seeing pixels in lumia but I didn't (in person proly yes but not in this video). viewing angle = another fail demo.

  • No, what is sooo funny is a lot of you that are leaving comments, OBVIOUSLY don't understand the first thing about smart phones! Anyone that understands the different things that can affect a phones connection and speed on its network, knows that this wasn't a fair match up! And the LTE still came out on top overall. If you know you aren't computer savvy and you only use your phone for calling and texting, why are you even looking at these phones!? These are for the big dogs!(and doggettes! lol)

  • Dude not only one person is using that wifi connection its a alot people, so obviously its gonna get much slower. Please keep everything in mind before saying stuff like lumia is faster, but i agree with u the sofware needs to be optimized to take full advantage of the s4 processor.

  • How are they getting LTE signal, have they started upgrading already? And why is he comparing an android sprint phone to a windows att phone?

  • Microsoft more intelligent if compare to apple and android.Microsoft make O.S that hardware friendly and does not scarify the hardware performance of the smartphone

  • @MCTemPErENce and even if it was on wifi 4G LTE MIGHT BE FASTER

  • nokia had lte while htc had a busy wifi network. also, the nokia did not load any flash whatsoever

  • Come on now this is just stupid. The test was done on a bogged down WiFi network vs LTE network. Plus the Lumina didn't load any of the Flash content. Just saying. Not a fair test.

  • Wider viewing angle = easier for people near by to spy on you

  • Really can you quote where I said your screen broke?

  • When did I tell you your screen broke? My beloved nokia? Thats an ignorant assumption. I have never owned a nokia, don't plan to either. I am fine with my gs2. Also nokia does not need new customers. They already have 1.3 billion. top phone producer in general and third in smartphone sales.

  • "EVERYPHONE Nokia made up until the N9 is thick thick and thick with small sucky screen."
N900, n8 anyone? these appeared the same time manufacturers started doing capacative touch screens and sub hd phones. 720p only came last year. what point are you trying to prove with screens? the gs2 does not have an hd screen

  • You sound like an idiot.
"Yes I have. Nokia N7 Mini and another one a long time ago. It's thick and broke after a few careless drops" You lying about your broken nokia (plastic, screen, body). Most phones then were like this.
"ok tell me how can a phone that is as thick as a rock not be durable? "
    You contradicting your lie.

" Of course they must be shock resistant because they have nothing in them."
This makes no sense. Possibly the most self contradictory and idiotic post ever.

  • Nice try dude. Explain to me how a resistive touch screen in a plastic body broke? You realize the very screen is a soft plastic on the n97 right?

  • Also the evo doesn't have better viewing angles than the l900, they are the same.

  • Lumia 900 text does not look much different. You are just imagining things since you already know the htc has a higher res. You would need superhuman eyes or a magnifying glass to see a difference.

  • Dude there is a difference between build quality and good hardware. nokia has always been the build quality even though they may not have always had the latest hardware.

  • Low processor , consumes less battery , more , battery LIFE , Good one Nokia <3
and htc sucks with the software

  • build quality? you going to say htc beats nokia in build quality? have you ever owned a nokia? htc is an acronym for a cracked screen.

  • As far as I know, both are good at making phones. Nokia makes one of the most durable phones out there, and HTC have durable phones due to the metal they use. HTC and Nokia has their own style, so saying that Nokia can't make a phone like the One S is stupid. Why would they when they can come up with something new?

  • Nokia Has The Best Build Quality, U americans/Eurpeans doesnt know anything about Nokia……

  • htc and nokia are going to be the first to bring windows phone 8 devices. imagine….a htc one with micro arc oxidation, Apollo and htc sense.

  • Lol reading all of the WP7 fans trying to justify their phone purchases made my day.

  • I really like what HTC is doing these days with their phones. I really want the one x (international version) even though im not a huge fan of the sense UI, im excited to see how much weight they cut out if it. Seems like it performs much better compared to older versions .

  • the HTC was the obviously on wifi (icon on the status bar) one. There's not even an icon on the Lumia indicating it was on wifi.

  • That makes no sense! The nokia was on wifi that's why it loaded the page quicker. It had nothing to do with processing power… WM7 fanboy.

  • OMG are you guys serious, I thought apple and android fan war was stupid..now were starting WP and android.. wow you guys must be really bored

  • You who made the video ! I know what youu wanna say , but I m sorry , Nokia and Windows Phone are the best !

  • Bro, wp7 is a young OS, let WP8 or windows 8 blah blah ! i dont know what but the future windows software will support dual/quad Core and HD screen 🙂

  • It's funny how your software only supports one ugly resolution.
