18:59 Oh ho, the Account Worth Inflation Scam angle is a pretty interesting take! My own is that it's a money laundering effort: Have a (for example) Russian account release an insanely overpriced "game" and have a foreign contact (or a cybercrim service) buy it with questionably sourced funds and you have yourself a fine wash! I've also heard it may be used to inflate the value of a Key Lootbox Bundle on third-party key reseller sites.
So them's the options and frankly it could be a combination of all 3.
