Here in Australia, the Commonwealth (i.e., Federal) Government has a department which regulates all telecommunications, called the Australian Telecommunications and Media Authority, or "ACMA," for short. Among other things, ACMA keeps a list of IP addresses and URLs to which access is banned for all Australians. This ban has been implemented in the following fashion: all Australian ISPs are required to remove the URL/IP address combinations of all banned websites from their own DNS servers. However, any computer/networking savvy user can simply use Cloudflare or Google's Public DNS servers to access those same banned websites. The "banned" list includes, (among many other sites – it's a VERY LONG list), the Pirate Bay, as well as any site that hosts pornographic material, child exploitation material, pro-terrorism material, white supremacist material, anti-Islamic or other racist/hate-type material, etc., but it is also well-known fact that network-savvy Australian users can simply change their DNS servers and access whatever they want to access.
I just watched your video on hacked emails, you have the Comments OFF! WHY!?
it is important to view what others are saying & what they did to fix the situation!
