Siemens: Assigning IP address to S7-1212C PLC in TIA V11

In this video, I explain the way of solving the issue with IP address assignment to the Siemens PLC S7-1200.
If the PLC already has an IP, which is not adaptable with the IP address of your PC, you will have difficulties in connecting to it. Trying to change the IP address of the PLC to make it compatible with your local network may not work as well.
One easy way would be to change the IP address of your PC, to be compatible with PLC’s, then get connected to the PLC. Afterward, you can reset the PLC to its factory settings, where the PLC will lose its IP address, and you can detect it by its MAC address. In such a case, assigning a proper IP address in the project will make it possible to get connected to the PLC and assign the same address to it.
