Instead of having to download arp-ping.exe, open a command prompt with Administrator privileges and type:

    arp -a -v

Can't you just use the "physical address" in the details of the status page from before

    I got something like this:

Invalid neighbor parameter (Insert MAC address).

Does this mean that the MAC address is incorrect?

I have done this method, but I end up with this error "The ARP entry deletion failed: The parameter is incorrect." and I'm unsure how I would get around it.

@TrenchTech Computer Repair Tutorials, i successfully ran the command but it has no effect and even seems to make the internet slower. i restarted my computer after running the command and that makes it so that the only thing i can run is google, things like discord or any other software are unable to load.

luckily I caught on to my parents thinking about doing this because they were talking about it very loudly so I would hear thinking it would scare me into making sure not to get off a few minutes after they ask me too but they havent implemented it yet so I was easily able to get all the info I need to do this if they ever actually do use this

You could also just change your own mac address, so the circle doesn't recognize your device. I use TMAC to change my pc's mac address.

Circle seems to have figured out a way around this method. After I change the MAC address a couple more Internet ip addresses pop up when I use arp -a. One of these is dynamic, just like the last one I changed. So every time I fix the last address to static, a new one pops up that is dynamic with a Physical address that is not the modems.

It changed from dynamic to static, but still doesn’t work.
