FIX: Stereo mix not working, already enabled! [Windows 7]

Another solution for those who are having problems with stereo mix on Windows 7.

This is geared towards those with Realtek HD audio drivers and laptops, but those on desktops may find success with this tutorial.

As mentioned, please make sure your music software settings are correct before attempting to record. Those with errors recording may also benefit from disabling their microphone then trying to record with stereo mix. Thanks.
