Commands – Type EXACTLY as written

Command one: net stop cryptsvc
Command two: net start cryptsvc

Number to Windows Live:
1-(877)274-4349 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              1-(877)274-4349      end_of_the_skype_highlighting

1) Go to Start
2) Search for CMD
3) Right click on CMD
4) Click Run as Administrator
5) Type net stop cryptsvc
6) Go to My Computer
7) Go to Local Disk
8) Go to Windows
9) Go to System32
10) Find “Catroot” (without quotes)
11) Right click “Catroot”
12) Click Rename
13) Type in “Catroot2”
14) Hit enter
15) Go back to the CMD window
16) Type net start cryptsvc
17) Open Halo
