Its in the device manager and I downloaded the drivers for windows 10. Yet the adapter is not recognized by the driver setup. Its not the adpator because it works on the current PC I'm using, but not on my new PC. There is no Optical drive on the new PC.

this didnt help me either. all i had to do to fix this issue was to change router settings. changed channel from auto to 11, band width from 20mhz to auto and beacon interval from 100 to 60. and for some reason it worked

Why does this usb wireless adapter keep on disconnecting even if it is properly installed? Have to connect manually to Wifi Network, run on Troubleshoot problems. WHY????

Or 4. The lack of support from TP link products drives you mad cause you have to buy a new adapter in order to keep using Windows 10…(Even when your Wifi adapter is still working fine and has a lot of life span ahead)

I've determined people at TPlink are morons.

If we purchase a WiFi adapter or card obviously we don't have internet morons. Also, about 99% of PCs don't have optical drives anymore. So how the hell do you expect us to update drivers without any of that?

I got myself the Archer t6e V2.0. However, it seems like there are drivers only for the 1.0 version. Is it ok to use those?
