How to Uninstall Linux Ubuntu and/or FIx Windows Boot MBR Part 2

How to uninstall Linux Ubuntu and fix MBR. MBR is stored on a small partition at the beginning of a hard drive. Windows installs MBR to manage the booting process of Windows Operating System. When using dual boot on linux, mbr is overwritten by GRUB. Linux GRUB allows the user to select from a list of installed operating systems. To uninstall Ubuntu Linux you simply have to tell windows to reinstall MBR. Once you reinstall MBR and fix the booting process simply delete the partition where Linux was installed.

At last!! something that makes sense, just bought a shiny new Dell that unbeknown to me had Ubuntu on it. So, I thought I'd lose Ubuntu + then bung Windows 7 on board + skip off into the sunset………. Not what happened, getting shot of Ubuntu is like getting shot of a stalker, I'd imagine, not an easy thing to do. Wiping the hard drive involves booting from a flash drive, which it refused to do, I've wiped enough stuff by accident in the past but when I want to do it……… Turns out, though, that's not the way to go, great, because it wasn't going anywhere fast. Maybe this will be more successful?? What's the worst that can happen?? I'll probably be able to answer that, before too long, hope for the best, expect a disaster, is my mantra…………..

Thank you so much for sharing <3. I want to share something with you too <3: sadly, we've all sinned (transgression of the 10 Commandments) and are therefore fallen short of the glory of God. If God got rid of all evil, He'd have to get rid of us too </3, but God so loved the world, in that while we were yet sinners, He gave His ONLY Begotten Son so that whosoever believes in Him will not perish, but have everlasting life. We all have a death date, and before a Holy Perfect Just Judge, we stand guilty of transgressing His Perfect Moral Law written in our hearts. Our conscience (with science) testifies against us. Good works won't do anything as they wouldn't before a earthly judge, but someone can pay your fine. Only Jesus Christ, the Son of God, could, and only He did <3. Without His payment (grace), we receive justice (hell), and this is forever, but God provided a way <3. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6). This is shared in pure love; God bless you.
