• I'm a fresher ready to embark IT journey.. What about learning DSA or Ieet code, getting Oracle certified Java Programmer Cert or Web development.. Any inputs on this on contrast to this video

• But can you get a job with just one entity level certification

• let me tell you guys, certs will not get you a job. i have all the certs mentioned except CCNA, and i am having super difficulty even getting an entry level job. already applied 300+ jobs. took around 7 interviews and still no luck. entry-level jobs have become highly competitive. and they pay like little over the minimum wage. even factory workers make more money.

• $53k for helpdesk?! You don't get anywhere near that for helpdesk roles in the UK. I got my ccna and the best job I could get was £22k a year because I had no experience! As it was too much of a wage drop for me I ended up doing nothing with it and my ccna expired a few months ago. Now I'm getting made redundant and I'm trying to find a new job but again there's just nothing out there in IT without experience unless I'm prepared to work for minimum wage

• ccna is a qualification specific to cisco idiot

• Im currently in hs and thinking about getting some of these certs now. would there be amy reason I shouldnt get them now, or should I just get a few certs and get an entry level helpdesk job after graduation?

• Dont agree with the 53K for help desk… I started with my A+ and got around 18-22 hourly, and they didn't even ask for the cert itself.
