.NET Core Development Setup on Linux (Update for v1.1)

This is an update to my previous video on .NET Core development using Linux. It starts from a blank Ubuntu install and goes all the way through debugging. Future videos will cover MVC, the Web API, SQL Server and Azure deployment.

I have made sure that it runs on both Windows and Mac.
