OpenWRT – Install OpenWRT on the TP- Link TL-MR6400 4G LTE WiFi Router

In this video, I will show you how to install OpenWRT on the TP- Link TL-MR6400 4G LTE WiFi Router (hardware version 1). It is a budget router with all the basic functions: 4 Fast Ethernet (100M) ports, built-in LTE CAT4 modem with SIM card slot and of course 802.11b/g/n Wireless (max 300Mbps).
We will need to load the OpenWRT firmware to the router with TFTP method since GUI installation is not supported.
