Preparing and Installing CentOS 8 Linux into VMware Fusion 11 Pro. – 6' Networks, LLC

We will do a small series of CentOS 8 videos, as in recent times a lot of questions have surfaced regarding what to do with servers and services now that Apple has disabled most if not all of the features we used to use to keep our networks running. So, although the ease of use factor has dropped a bit, the functionality’s there and here we’ll dive right in and sort out these missing services.

In this video, we’ll go through the basics of installing CentOS 8 Linux into a Virtual Machine. The actual installation process is the same whether you do it on a physical server or a virtual machine. Also, we will walk through the steps that Tom takes to configure VMware Fusion 11 Pro for optimal settings.
