Server 2016 Basics – Assigning a Static IP and Naming The Server Tutorial

Welcome back to our Windows Server 2016 Basics Series. In this video I am showing you how to assign a static IP to your server as well as renaming your server.

These two steps are important when first setting up a server so that you can start planning ahead on what IP’s you will use throughout your environment and build a naming convention that you can remember and makes sense to you.
