Ubuntu 12.04 – How to Install and Run Google Chrome

This tutorial shows how to install and run Google Chrome on Ubuntu 12.04

STEPS

1) Click to open Firefox Web Browser
2) Type google.com/chrome
3) Press Enter key
4) Click Download Chrome Now
5) Select the package
6) Click Accept and Install
7) Click OK
8) Download in progress..
9) Right-click
10) Click Open Containing Folder
11) Double-click google-chrome-stable_current_i386.deb
12) Click Install
13) Type your password
14) Click Authenticate
15) Installation in progress..
16) Close Ubuntu Software Center, Downloads folder, Downloads window and Firefox
17) Click Dash Home
18) Type chrome
19) Click and Drag Chrome icon and drop it on the Launcher
20) Close Dash
21) Click to open Chrome
22) Chrome is ready!
