Ubuntu Blues Project

UBUNTU MOJO es un proyecto ético que quiere unir el mundo mediante la música, la educación y la cooperación. El primer paso empieza con UBUNTU BLUES.

Ubuntu blues es un proyecto educativo musical que nació inspirado por un pequeño cuento que recibí en el 2012.
Contiene muchas esencias y dos componentes clave:
Por un lado: Ubuntu, que es un concepto tradicional sudafricano que se podría traducir como humanidad hacia otros.
Y por el otro: el Blues, una música que nació precisamente del anti-Ubuntu” y de la capacidad de canalizar el sufrimiento a través de la creatividad.
Ubuntu Blues es un proyecto constructivo que fomenta valores como la igualdad, la solidaridad, la empatía y la cooperación. Todo ello a través de un viaje a las raíces del Blues y de la mano de Ubuntu.

Ubuntu Blues is a musical educational project inspired by a little story that I received in 2012.
It encompasses many essences and two main components:
On the one hand, UBUNTU, a traditional South African concept that could be translated as “humanity towards others.”
And on the other hand, THE BLUES, a music style that was born as a matter of fact from the “anti-ubuntu” and from the ability to channel suffering through creativity.
Ubuntu Blues is a constructive project that fosters values such as equality, solidarity, empathy, and cooperation. Altogether through a journey to the roots of the Blues and by the hand of Ubuntu.
