Windows Movie Maker Fix for Windows 10 – Fix for Video Import Error

Movie Maker – Unable to import ANY video regardless of format mp4, wmv, flv, etc.. Also, fixes save file error.
After trying multiple codec packages, etc., this was the fix for my machine.
