• I got a Lenovo Legion 5 laptop from the USA, but after getting the laptop within 15 days, I had a wifi chip issue. After that, I had a battery issue within 6 months of purchase. After getting service for the battery within 15 days of service, I got a screen issue, and I asked them to replace the laptop. They told me to contact the customer care department of the Lenovo company. The customer care team asked me to contact the US Lenovo company. I filled out the contact form back in January 2023, but today I didn't receive any calls. When I bought the laptop, I got an international warranty. When I tried to file a complaint for a wifi chip issue, they told me India was not on the list of countries for international warranty. After some days, they accepted service. That too, I have legion Ultimate Support, which is their most premium service, and I got a warranty extension up to 2026. The Lenovo customer care team also accepted my request to share invoices; they are asking for the GST invoices even though I mentioned my laptop serial number and mentioned that I bought the laptop from the USA. Last year, I filed a complaint against Lenovo Corporation in consumer court. After sending the notice to Lenovo Company, one person emailed me from Lenovo Company to discuss the notice with me; he's trying to put me on a loop. He told me to contact the customer care team. When I contact the customer care team, they are telling me to contact the technical team. When I contacted the technical team, they told me to contact the customer care team. After that, I emailed the person who emailed me on behalf of Lenovo, mentioning that the customer care team and technical team were trying to put me on a loop. That person called me and asked to get service. I asked them to replace my laptop or else give me a refund by taking my laptop. The company didn't appear for court hearings, and the service center directly rejected the notice. Now I have a judgment. The court ordered the Lenovo company to replace my laptop with the same model and pay me 15k as compensation and 5k for expenses within 30 days. Until now, I spent 15k on notices and court fees, and I should have paid my lawyer's fees of 10k. finally i got loss of 5k.My lawyer told me to send the judgment to the Lenovo customer care team. I am now waiting for a reply. If I don't get any reply from the team, I'm going to file the complaint against the Lenovo again. I sent my judgment twice to the team for safety.

• Yeah it's really pathetic. I have lenovo yoga pro 7i. it had hinge issue very badly. They solved it because i have adp, I told them it's just a hinge problem why are you applying it for adp but they won't listen and they changed my whole keyboard chasis and motherboard🙂🙂🙂. Like Idk what's their problem they give us 3 yr warranty for what? And suddenly my display blacked out, and it happen often. Latest lenovo products have some serious quality control issues they have to solve it or it will affect their sales.

• lenovo is seriously a bad option right now. People are facing battery drain when gaming while plugged in and mobo dying. I had a conov with a person here on yt, they said that their laptop's battery was draining by 20% in a 3 hour gaming session even though they are plugged in with the charger that came in the box.
