linux dhcp server
I really like this idea but imagine for a moment that I don't have the opnsence firewall, imagine I want to be able to install any one of a number of operating systems, w10/w11/server2022/ubuintu/debian/clonezilla/dietpi/proxmox just to name a few of the usb sticks i have kicking around. Would it be possible to make it all work from one box, so that one machine doing the dhcp and everything. My router is just the basic thing from the provider so I can turn dhcp off there but thats about all. i don't have a lot of dedicated resources but i have a spare nuc. with 1 nic.
@writeyourownoperatingsystem It's always worth to try reboot OPNsense when sth doesn't work but theoretically should. I had many cases where things hasn't worked at all and IONsense reboot solved the problem, so I think that it's a good idea to do reboot every time when you make changes in configuration…
like video! I would like to see similar videos with automatic Preseed installation, from the Debian12 image
