Or of course, you could just leave power and torque alone as it comes from the factory. No need to mess with it.
As for snorkels and RAIs – pointless proven waste of money with the exception of proper waterproof snorkels if you intend to wade deeper than manufacturer stated max wading depth. RAIs do Not improve air quality or anything.
Watching all this tells me get a Petrol Ute. No DPF issues, no AdBlue, No worrying about exhaust temps etc, no issues worrying about fuel. Just easy, trouble free motoring with loads of power.

What a shock. They recommend the Hilux. Enjoy spending way more for something that’s already old. We bought a Cannon X, under forty grand drive away.
That’s a lot of money saved that can be spent on any mods we might want to do. And towing? We wouldn’t be towing anything only 200kg less than the maximum allowable tow weight in the first place. I’d go 2000kg maximum.
build your own the new trucks are JUNK. here were comparing new trucks from guys that go offroad in the building of old trucks offroad, . like i said , nothing is perfect unless you build it yourself, new is to costly, and if you have an electrical probelm and your out in the bush , YOUR SCREWED?

2l in a car that weighs about 2 tons is ridiculously stupid. Wonder where all these fuel economy goes when these toys have to rev 5k all the time to compensate the missing torque. Just moneymaking for the companies, nothing about reliability.
