for some reason on new ubuntu lots of older games on steam run very slowly(unplayable) and new ones work fine and can't find how to fix (prob have to do something with nvidia gpu) don't have same problem with pop_os

For my production PC, I swear by LTS releases and I always do a fresh install every lts release.
where is the shutdown button in release?
If i completely remove snaps and install say flatpak instead, am i gonna have issues in the future? Like when updates come out and i wanna update my system but it crashes because i removed snaps or something like that?
I deleted the snap on Ubuntu and use Gnome software. Don't need gdebi.

At the end though installing the Ubuntu Restricted Extras the codecs; when it gets to the EULA Agreement section, I thought it was jammed. I read on some other website that you PRESS TAB and then ENTER OK. I thought to comment this, since it might help others.

Seems like it's easier to install Gentoo than a functional distro and change pretty much everything about it.
Could you make a video on reviewing the asahi ubuntu on m1. Like how did you resolve various app instllation since it is arm64, many apps are not available. Any other problems you faced. How did you resolve those. Bdw Ubunutu 24.04 is avilable to upgrade in asahi ubuntu ( not in official page but you follow the github issues page )
