• I have already configured Site to Site VPN on my servers, how can I add NAT into Routing and Remote Access now? I followed your video guide on that configurations. I did not tick NAT while installing and configuring VPN configurations. And now my clients cannot access Internet. Please help

• You configured the LAN to be in the same subnet and the WAN, so it won't matter. That is why you got a discovery POPout before you setup NAT. I believe your LAN Subnet needs to be on a network of 10.0.0.0/24
