I make these videos to help me with my own chronic health issues & C-PTSD & I hope I can help viewers to feel good if they also live with health conditions that prevent them from getting out & exploring, I also hope that my videos help people relax when dealing with anxiety or the sounds of the beaches help to relieve tinnitus – which I live with too.
