You should really stick to sleep and not diets. You are very wrong about the Paleo diet. I'm on an even more restricted version and I eat a lot of carbs. Not having grains doesn't mean no carbs. 🙄
Dr. Mercola has done more to promote the ketogenic diet than anyone. He now says he was wrong all along and that his keto diet ruined his health! He warns that you increase your risk of DYING on a ketogenic diet by a whopping 30%. Dr. Mercola says that your brain NEEDS carbs and if it doesn’t get them you will go into a coma and DIE! As always, fantastic information! From your info, seems like Mediterranean and Keto are best diets. I have incorporated some foods you suggest and definitely do not consume sugar. Thanks for info!!🥑🐓🫐🫛🥕

There is no credible evidence whatsoever to show red meat that is not highly processed cause inflammation. Red meat is the least inflamamtory food there is. Of course cured meats and meat in prepared sauces can increase inflammation but it's the sugar in the cure/sauce causing it, not the meat.
Agree with most of this video except most of the carnivore info and vegan/vegitarian info.
