• Thank you JR for you Survival Informational Series. An EMP that would be take Effect on most of the United States would eliminate half of the Population with in months. Most of the younger cannot live without their modern conveniences . The Older Generation that has Survived the Depression, that are still alive, would be the New Generation!

• OUR gov't is leaving us on our own, folks. Those in power flat don't care about you and me! We all better wake up fast and get down to business getting prepared for the absolute worst… and eternity! As the old song said, "We're on the eve of destruction," outside of the grace of God.

• I don't have a car and I would fall off a bicycle, so my brother bought me a tricycle. It has a motor and can be used as with or without the motor. It has front and back baskets and I'm also going to add a trailer on it for bugout purposes.

• I recommend having a stock of human vices for these kind of scenarios. Having liquor, tobacco and other habit driven items can be ideal barter items or just to pass the time.

• Definitely will be no warning. Like Japan hitting Pearl Harbor but followed by a major strike at our bases and launch sites. Their will be a collusion by some countries in the America's. Possibly even those right on our borders.

• EMP Shield and Mission Darkness

• Very good vid. Like to add my 2¢ worth @ 14:20: light discipline. Like most homes, we have a rather large picture window aimed at the street. It has modest curtains. Above my washing machine, I keep several black spray paint cans for the express purpose of creating a blackout on said window. Old trick from WWII in Great Britain. On another note, we went with Anker for solar generator, which is used to power our off-grid cabin. Being a small, 400 sq ft outfit, the generator is only about 12 feet from our bed. The Anker is quieter than the others we looked at. Hardly notice it at all when the cooling fan comes on.

• I'm hiding out in Deep East Texas, JR😊 I just got a bag to protect my solar equipment. I'm glad you're covering this subject!! I just bought 2 bicycles for transportation.

• Also think solar storms. A big one could do us in much like an EMP.

• Those large transformers are considered a capital expense and their acquisition is typically planned at 5 to 10 years in advance of the projected need. China is a major supplier of large transformers.

• I was just wondering about faraday cages last night. Question though, do I need to store batteries and flashlights in there also?

• I've been Prepping since the late 70's. I have never had a credit card. Home and cars are paid off. I have a team that will be here on the farm when SHTF. Some of my neighbors are on the same page. I have two gas generators and some small solar generators along with several solar lamps and Solar Motion Sensor Lights. Keep Prepping my friends.

• I Highly recommend a winnerwell nomad woodstove with oven attachment. Absolutely amazing resource

• How do we store AA, 9V, etc type of batteries. Preferably something small. Heard just thickly layer aluminum foil around them

• How to store batteries such as AA,AAA,C,D ETC

• This would take us back to about the 1850's. Even most inverters would be wiped out.
