Windows 7 File Association cannot choose the program for the file type
Inside of Windows 7, if you move a program from its original location, to another folder, you break its “Open with” link from within the registry.
It is a simple easy fix, however, it does deal with working withing the Registry.
Please be careful when performing the actions in this video, as you could render your operating system useless.
