Hey, in this video i will show you how to change the color scheme in windows 7.

first go to start and click on control panel, then go to appearance and personalization, then click on personalization at the top of the screen and then window color, here you will be able to change the color, the intensity of the color, enable or disable transparency and even create your own custom color. once you are done just click save changes.
