At 7pm EST today Dan and I will go over our system for estimating repairs quickly so we can make our best offer on a property. This is a skill you must learn so your offers aren’t too high or too low when presenting to sellers. Dan has been crunching numbers on construction & flipping houses since 1989 so I asked him to share how things have changed over time. After this training you too can go out and make educated offers based on the true numbers of what the building materials and labor costs are.
