I believe real estate prices will soon plummet in NYC and many areas that require the new passport. People that earn a lot of money will likely go to place that offer more freedom, lower taxes and a better quality of living. I know many people that are in NYC that are very upset about what’s happening.
What is unfortunate now is the pain that the NYC Real Estate market is really in, many think things are good.. That is far from the truth. Now all businesses that want to earn a living and receive some level of normalcy will have to enforce the new passport, if they do not enforce the new passport they will only be allowed to have minimum occupancy. The New York we once knew is dead.
