Netgear Nighthawk R6700 | How To Configure A Static IP Address
Eric shows you how to configure a static IP address on your Netgear Nighthawk R6700 gaming router.
Login to the router. The IP address is 192.168.1.1 by default. The username and password are set on first login and setup. There is no default username and password. If you cannot login, you’ll need to reset the router to default factory settings.
Click on the ADVANCED TAB.
On the left side, click on SETUP.
Now click on LAN SETUP.
Here you can configure a static IP for any machine that is currently connected to your router. You can leave the machine set to DHCP. The same IP address will always be reserved for it.
