How to obtain the IP address from a Mitel IP Phone. The model which we have chosen is Mitel 5320 IP Phone.
Let’s get started.
We have the up and down arrow keys on the phone. Press and hold the UP and DOWN arrow keys alternatively once and continue to hold on UP arrow key and press the digits 2, 3 and 4 and then release the UP arrow key. We have * for YES and # for NO. So Network Parameters, press *. View Current Values, press *. View Current Network, press *. Now we have the Current Network Parameters, scroll down. We have the MAC address of the phone, scroll again and we have the IP address of the Mitel IP phone. To come out from the Menu, press the close button
