Reset Your Network Settings

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig/flushdns

nbtstat -R

nbtstat -RR

netsh int ip reset c:resetlog.txt

netsh winsock reset

Change DNS to
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

Removed Antivirus or Disable Security Software tTemerary by booting into SAFEMODE with Networking
