How to Fix and Run GTA: San Andreas

If you are still experiencing issues and problems after doing all the steps in the video, there is one additional step you can take, but BE WARNED, you will lose all of your savegames if you do this step. So you will hve to start the game from the very beginning. Thus, only try this if you have already tried everything else.
Try these if you still have compatibility issues.
1. Go to the GTA: San Andreas installation folder
2. Right-click the executable
3. Click Properties
4. Click Compatibility tab
5. Check Run in compatibility mode
6. Choose Windows 98 / Windows Me
WARNING: This may make your save files useless; in other words, you will lose your progress of save games and you will have to start over! If you follow the steps and you regret this, you can simply undo this with the following steps:
1. Go to the GTA: San Andreas installation folder
2. Right-click the executable
3. Click Properties
4. Click Compatibility tab
5. Uncheck Run in compatibility mode
If you do this and uncheck the compatibility mode, you will be able to play with your savegames once again.
