The W5 brings a bunch of new features to the least expensive Android smartwatch on the market. First, it has a snap-on back revealing a removable 1080 mAh battery and both 4G nanoSIM and microSD (TF card) slots. The watch doubles as a parent/child (pr parent/senior) watch with instant chat, photo sharing, and location determination from the administrator’s phone. Full Google Play Store support is installed along with Google Chrome and Google MapsGo. It’s easy to add GoogleGo, Google Voice, Google Calendar and more, and they all work!. The speaker, located in the top non-removable band, is loud and clear. Best of all is the flexible UI where your apps can be rearranged to your taste and even dropped into folders, much like on an Android phone. This one is a keeper and reminiscent of the original S8 smartwatch I used to launch this channel many years ago.
