How to create a FTP Server for Android/Android TV/Chromebook

This is an user guide on how to create FTP Server for Android (Phone, Tablet, Android TV and Chromebook).

After started, user can use FileZilla FTP Client on PC (Available on Windows, macOS and Linux) to connect to the FTP Server in the following addresses (depend on configurations):
– Insecure FTP: ftp://username:password@ip:port
– Secure FTP (FTPS Implicit mode): ftps://username:password@ip:port
– Secure FTP (FTPS Explicit mode): ftpes://username:password@ip:port
