Windows Server 2008r2 DNS Issue

Sorry guys, this video is not a Tutorial, i just uploaded this video to ask any expert to resolving this issue. If anyone help to resolve this problem i really appreciate , i’m really stuck here and i tried all of the following things:
1- Restart DNS service
2- Clear DNS cache
3- Set forwarder 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
4- Finally restart server
Nothing helped
