Changing The Listen Port for PHPMyAdmin

I was surprised that I couldn’t find this being done before. Either it’s too simple to both to create an article/how-to about or it’s a special use case.

In either event here’s a video demonstrating how you can have PHPMyAdmin listen on a non-default port while leaving a production web server listening on the default port. Super simple!
