How To fix broken Bluetooth on latest raspberry pi OS update (Pi 4/Pi 400)

Something In the latest dist-upgrade for the raspberry pi 4/raspberry pi 400, broke Bluetooth. I ran a “sudo apt dist-upgrade” on my Pi 400, on the 11th of August 2021, and spent over an hour wondering what had happened… and so, to save you all the same frustrations, here is how to fix it, for no, until “the foundation” pull their fingers out! (tested on a raspberry pi 400):

sudo apt install bluez=5.50-1.2~deb10u1+rpt2

It’s a good job they’re selling TOYS, and not manufacturing flight control systems for NASA!!
