  • Can somebody please tell me that is it necessary to memorize these numbers for the 1101 Test?

  • At one point I thought I wasn’t goin to ever grasp this. It’s been difficult being in my 40’s switching careers and learning this. But I just passed my 1101 today and if I can do it y’all can too.

  • I haven’t understood anything about IP. Maybe my brain just sucks. But, after 5:49, it all makes sense.

  • Scientists deciding there should be 4 billion IPv4 addresses: "Yeah, that's prolly enough."
Scientists deciding there should be 340 undecillion IPv6 addresses: "Yeah, that's prolly enough."

  • Im really curious to why IPv6 has letters in its address.

  • little bit confused here on the ipv6 part, when he translates the address its fe80::5d18:652:cffd:8f52

I thought it would be fe80::5d18:0652:cffd:8f52 since there was that 0 included in that "0652" but it wasn't on the graphic, was this a mistake or is there a reason behind this? just wanting to make sure i'm not getting lost 🙂

  • Another like and comment from a student of yours sir, ty!

  • If you are trying to learn this stuff, this man’s videos are the way to go! Take notes, pay attention, make flash card and test yourself! You can do it!

  • why did i write down EVERY SINGLE NUMBER before listening to you first on the IPv6 :/

  • An IPv6 address walks into a bar

    Nobody talks to him 🤣

  • Thanks Professor Messer! I learned a lot from your videos.
