1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click “Next.”
3. Click “Repair your computer.”
If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

This guy saved me after 5 hours trying to fix this issue. Thank you very much. The negative part is the loud music and the presentation. Take in mind that if we cant boot from our computer we see your video from our phone. So clear voice and clear presentation its very important. If I was not able to connect my phone to the tv so I can have a clear view and understanding it will be very difficult to follow your instructions. One suggestion is to rebuild this video with clear voice and better presentation. By the way one of the command reactions was " access denied" but thanks god despite this my computer worked . thank you
