  • If you had made Packet Tracer able to do "erase flash:" I would not have spent 3 hours using ExtraPuTTY and SecureCRT to restore the bin file again to my 2960S. Thankfully, this was secondary personal switch and not the one provided in my CCNA class. On the plus side, I now have the lastest bin file installed on my secondary switch and should be able to do the same safely on my primary switch.

  • Why does the UI look like a Win 7 Software?!? Were there no updates since then or do you guys just don't care about design?

  • I have created a Smart Home IoT network system in Cisco Packet Tracer. I want to know how to create an attack simulation model for the smart home IoT in Cisco Packet Tracer(CPT). Is it possible to do attacks and prevention simulation CPT. If possible how to do it and please provide me with some reference links or documents for it.

  • Why does Cisco packet tracer not support iBGP, IPsec on GRE, does not even support /31 address, doesn't support DMVPN, doesn't support IS-IS, basics of iOS ?

  • I love Packet Tracer!! One of the greatest software tools ever! Thank You Cisco!!! Cheers!
