Thanmks buddy.. but I WANNA ADD ONE MORE THING.. I HAVE ALSO FACED THE SAME ISSUE.. THAT CANT BE SOLVED BY THE SOLUTION GIVEN HERE, RESON IS MY "ANTIVIRUS" PROTECTED THE PORT & FIREWALL OPTIONS. I DISABLED THEM AND THIS SOLUTION WORKED FOR ME.
THIS IS FOR ALL PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO HAVE FACED THE SAME ISSUE.
