It's almost exclusively the rich and greedy business owners that are against paying employees a fair wage as they can't be as greedy and hoard money if they pay a fair wage.

American workers work from 18 to 65 that means if they are lucky and in good health they have 15 years of retirement give or take to enjoy their lives. They give their lives and their bodies in their youth to work in jobs that are not the greatest not everybody can have a great job American worker deserves every penny they get because we spend every penny we get to keep this economy going.
I worked for a company that was only paying 15 an hour to temps and 14 to hired on ppl. Tell me how that makes sense… Anyway i wanted a raise. Couldn't get it, now i wanted this raise cuz i did some math after watching the other workers and how much more i got done. I realized i was getting so much done so fast the whole facility would be done will all tasks on average 3.5 hours faster. I wasn't sure of this until i had an appointment and i had to leave early. One supervisor heard me tell another supervisor the prior day as she was going out the door. WOW 😲 she must have had something fun planned cuz she came back in and said no no we need you so we can get out of here by 10! 🤯 But 😎🥳 I KNEW IT!! THERE WERE LITERALLY 30 SOMETHING PPL WORKING THAT DAY!! Anyway i quit. Its been 7 mos and they inreased their pay to 17. And they're still not going to find the kind of workers like me. 😆 They're going to be paying 17 for people that are high on dope nodding out inside of a bin of radiation contaminated PPE. OH man that place is ran so bad. I was really trying to help them reach a higher productivity rate and they just treated me like i just walked in that day. Unfortunately supervisors do the absolute least work. When all you gotta do is make sure everyone is actually working while at work and you can't even do that, maybe find a different job
Rich dudes sit around doing nothing and can’t understand why most Americans are in favor of better pay for workers. They never heard of Marie Antoinette or the phrase “let them eat cake” I guess.

I worked in the United States for 9 Years. And I have to be honest with you, most of them were lazy and slow workers. So please don't tell me they work hard. Travel around the World, and you will see how real workers work. the only thing I can say, are that they work too many hours. And no Freedom. But hard no.
